**Interim HR Officer**
**Hourly rate**:£16.50 per hour
**Location**:Bracknell, Berkshire (Onsite 4-5 days per week)

A leading Bracknell based organisation are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Officer with proficient employee relations experience to join them on an interim ongoing basis.

This interesting business have a large busy HR function, reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing first line support for all employee relations and case management utilising employment law knowledge
- Assist all employees and managers on a daily basis with all enquiries concerning, legislation, policies, HR procedures and payroll.
- Working closely with HRBP's to provide advice and guidance to line managers
- Follow and maintain HR policies and procedures
- All administration for contracts and offers of employment, warning letters, role changes, merit increases.
- Coordination of benefits in kind through the correct documents and processes before onboarding of employees
- Processing/administration of employees starting/leaving
- Long service awards
- Induction/onboarding of new employees on starting day.
- Maintaining employee files on the inhouse HR system

To be considered, you will have solid generalist experience with an emphasis on employee relations. You will be a confident character, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This is a busy, thriving and successful HR team.
