Customer Service Administrator Apprentice

**What skills will I learn?**: As part of your development in the role you will learn how to provide excellent customer service skills, how to use complex database systems and the process for recording information accurately. You will also be working towards and SVQ in Business Administration.
**What qualifications or qualities are required?**: There are no set requirements for this role in terms of qualifications or experience, however Maths and English are preferred if possible. Good IT skills are essential for learning the internal computer systems and being confident speaking on the phone to customers is also necessary. It is important that you are keen to develop and learn more skills to improve in the role.

Pay: £12,900.00-£19,900.00 per year
