The Role

Working as a **Customer Services Administrator**in the financial services industry on behalf of a well known bank. This role is based in Kilmarnock and sets an expectation of delivering World Class **Customer Service**
- A typical day will see you working up to 8hrs per day in a lively & vibrant contact centre environment.
- Setting up business accounts for customers
- Processing customer accounts using an in house database
- Liaising with customers over the phone to assist in the set up of their account

Ideal Person
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
- Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
- Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
- Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
