We’re hiring for a **Payroll Coordinator** to contribute to the success of a fast growing, market leading manufacturer based in **Sheffield**. This is a full-time permanent position, with further opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

**What’s on offer?**
- £24,000 - £28,000 per year
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

**What will you be doing as a Payroll Coordinator?**
- Administering monthly payroll through a combination of managed services and direct processing
- Providing administrative support
- Supporting the maintenance of the time and attendance system by resolving system issues
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Handling monthly absences in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Overseeing the company pension scheme, including auto-enrolments and payment processing
- Digitising and organising HR documents through scanning and electronic filing into the HR system

**What do you need?**
- Previous payroll experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- A knowledge of payroll operating systems
- Experience using time & attendance systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
