Position: Transport Admin
Location: Ipswich (IP1 5NX)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

**Salary**: £21,820.75

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To monitor, input and process driver payroll information
- The production of reports and statistics for the management team on a weekly basis
- Participation in meetings in a note taking capacity when appropriate
- Monitoring of fuel consumption for all drivers
- Liaising with drivers when departing and returning from site
- Maintaining databases with accurate information
- Maintaining accurate agency cost and information and liaising with the agency in regards to this information
- The production of finance information (i.e quick, purchase orders)
