**Job overview**:
Following the introduction of a new Fleet Car Service we are looking to recruit a Fleet Transport Supervisor.
The post holder will be the Trust’s dedicated specialist responsible for the management of the Trust’s business fleet which includes personal lease cars, business use only vehicles, Salary Sacrifice vehicles and Grey Fleet Management.
**Main duties of the job**:
- To maintain contact with the Trust’s Pool Car supplier and the technology team to ensure the smooth running of the pool car technology.
- To meet regularly with our Fleet car provider and pool car technology supplier in monitoring the contracts.
- To provide training to all staff who use the Trust fleet be it on Greyfleet management or Pool Car management.
- To be the Super Admin support to the technology supplier and be responsible for set up of new drivers and associated requirements. Be responsible for managing other transport related activities and contracts such as the Taxi contract and providing support to the internal and external distribution / courier services.
- The role will also include working closely with our Estates and Facilities and Finance functions as well as our fleet provider to provide a comprehensive monitoring system for our fleet whilst ensuring an efficient and cost-effective lease scheme is in operation.
