**PURPOSE OF POST**:
**Key Outcomes**:

- **Processing amendments and cancellations on fee payers' records, identifying potential inaccuracies, asking pertinent questions and dealing with queries to ensure changes are carried out in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.**:

- **Validating and processing renewals and fees, identifying potential inaccuracies, asking pertinent questions and dealing with queries to ensure the correct fee is received and processed correctly.**
- **Providing excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, handling even difficult contacts with empathy, tact and good judgement**.
- Previous office based administrative experience
- Good working knowledge of MS office
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise - effective time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to start immediately
