Role - Events Administration Assistant
Location - Wilmslow
Salary - £23,000
Type - Permanent
Hours - 35p/wk

Events Organisation and Administration
- Assist the Events Manager with the smooth running of the teacher courses, student conferences, national conferences and in-school sessions.
- Send out Joining Instructions to delegates and to course leaders
- Assist in collating course and conferences notes and materials and in contacting course leaders for their materials
- Chase up evaluation and feedback forms from all courses and conferences, distribute accordingly and file
- Deal with all Online enquiries or forward as appropriate to other personnel in the office for their attention

Online Events Organisation and Administration
- Organise the Zoom Online meetings and events with the course leaders, the delegates
- Send out the Joining details, including the Zoom links to the course leaders and to the delegates
- Send out the course notes and materials to the course leaders
- Ensure all is well at the start of the Online sessions by checking with the course leaders
- Check and sign the Delegate Register to ensure all delegates are present and correct.

Bookings
- Upload and enter the delegates numbers against the specific courses and conferences on the various spreadsheets
- Collate the figures from Sales and the Daily Bookings Report out to all staff
- Send the weekly Year-on-Year Bookings tally out to all staff
- Handle all Delegate Register extra bookings
- Update company statistics on Business Snapshots on a weekly basis across the 3 spreadsheets

General Administration and Events Organisation
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls. Deal with the queries, or forward to the appropriate person
- Schedule meetings, photocopy info for meetings or Briefings
- Contact course leaders for Course and Content Producers as and when required
- Printers - liaise with Jo printers to ensure al printers are filled up with toner and work properly
- Update and maintain MASTER ADDRESS Directory
- Office filing - evaluations, delegate registers
- Maintain and order office stationary
- Maintain an orderliness in the Post-Room, so it can be used as a meeting room or extra office at all times, or an extra office space
