**Description**

Duties of the Case Handler Assistant will be:

- As a Case Handler Assistant, you'll be supporting the remortgage caseworkers, providing administrative support and assistance
- You'll work with clients over the telephone requesting documents
- Process incoming questionnaire packs from borrowers
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload

**Profile**
- Experience of working within a team environment and of supporting others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills in particular experience of using a case management system

**Job Offer**

Salary £18,000 - £20,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
