We may have the perfect job for you. You will join our Revenues Team based at Appletree Court in Lyndhurst dealing with enquiries from customers and businesses concerned with the administration, billing and collection of council tax and business rates and providing advice and support to those struggling to pay.

**What are we **looking for from you?**
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s, including Maths and English at Grade C or above (equivalent to new level 5 or above)
- Have excellent communication skills. Previous relevant experience particularly within a customer facing environment is desirable
- Be quick to learn new procedures and IT systems
- A good level of numeracy and literacy which will be tested at interview
- Be a team player
- Work accurately under pressure and to tight timescales
