**Overview of Role**
Our Land Agency division is looking for an experienced Administrator to work for us in our Banbury office. This is a diverse role which will suit a highly organised person with a proven administrative background, good interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing efficient business support to a busy department, dealing with general correspondence, report writing and enquiries from clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Project File management and typing.
- Document management - typing, formatting, and proofreading, reports and documents.
- Taking external enquiries, to include, new instructions and client queries, invoice queries.
- Invoicing and financial admin
- Organising client meetings
- Diary management for the Land Agency team
**Requirements**:
- Experience of typing
- Proactive and personable
- Can do attitude.
