**Please note: this is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, on-site. Due to the location of the position, you would need your own transport.**
**Main Responsibilities**
- General administration support to the design team, including the preparation of fee proposal documents to bid for new projects produced in InDesign, updating and editing luminaire and control schedules in Excel, photocopying, organising couriers, greeting visitors as well as ad hoc typing. (Full training on InDesign and other Adobe software will be provided).
- Full training on using InDesign and other Adobe software will be provided.
- Travel coordination for the team, including organising flights/hotels/airport parking/travel insurance etc.
- General design support to the design team, including the preparation and editing of drawings in AutoCAD format, preparation and editing of schedules in Excel format and image-based preparation of presentations in InDesign. (Full training on AutoCAD will be provided).
- Document control and electronic file organisation.
**Key Skills**
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in using InDesign would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Accurate keyboard skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a high standard of written and spoken English.
- A confident, friendly, and helpful manner. Ability to build strong working relationships with fellow colleagues and work collaboratively, at times, as part of a team.
**Additional Information**
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
- On-site role.
- 20 days annual leave + 3 days at Christmas & Bank Holidays.
