**Job Title**: Financial Planning Administrator
**Location**: Near Banbury, Oxfordshire
**Salary**:Starting from £30,000 - DOE

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their dedicated team.
**Position Overview**:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that the operations and administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist financial advisers with client onboarding and paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Processing new business file checks inc. suitability report check
- Process Manual - maintaining/streamlining existing and implementing new processes
- Maintain client records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients and providers to handle queries and requests professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Financial Planning Administrator within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment platforms, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
