**Junior Service Desk Manager**
**Tasks**:

- Responsible for the operation and evolution of Cluster Reply's relatively small service desk
- Handle requests for service, following agreed procedures and escalate complex or unresolved incidents
- Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records
- Troubleshoot reported incidents and identify solutions and possible side effects
- Maintain records, inform clients about the process and advise of actions taken

**Qualifications**:

- Computer Science/IT based degree required
- Knowledge of Microsoft.NET with C#
- An understanding of Azure DevOps
- An understanding of Core Azure technologies with an emphasis on Azure PaaS services
- An understanding of ITIL and service desk concepts
