CRC is committed to providing high-quality education and support to adult learners in our community. As an Adult Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our adult education programs.
**The Role**
As the Adult Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, coordinating systems, and liaising with management to ensure the effective delivery of our adult education initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing procurement, maintaining records, and collaborating with the wider employability team to promote adult learning opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the adult education department.
- Coordinate systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of adult education programs.
- Liaise with management and stakeholders to communicate program updates and requirements.
- Manage procurement activities related to adult education resources and materials.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track learner progress and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wider employability team to promote adult learning opportunities and engage with community partners.
- Represent the College at events and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our adult education programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations, including data protection laws.
**Key Attributes**:
- Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with educational environments and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
