Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing efficient and effective administrative support. The role involves handling various clerical tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain an organised office environment by managing paperwork and electronic files
- Computerise data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proficiently use office software for documentation and communication
- Uphold office protocols and provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or colleagues
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computerised data entry and general administrative duties
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
