This role is pivotal to supporting our project managers and estimator. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

Working closely with the tender department you will be required to assist in putting together tender returns both to sub-contractors and potential clients.

Duties Include but are not limited to
- General admin duties
- Co-ordinating contracts and warranties between our clients and their solicitors.
- Preparing for meetings
- Uploading invoices to our Accountancy software
- Sending tender documents to subcontractors and ensuring they are followed up and returned in a timely manner
- Liasing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Making travel and hotel arrangements where needed for Project Managers
- Updating and maintaining client information
- Well organised and resourceful
- Verbal and written communication skills a must
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
- Have previous secretarial experience
- Ability to learn quickly and to retain knowledge.

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
