**Background**:
HPB Management Ltd are the promoters of the Holiday Property Bond, a multi-ownership scheme with 41,000 investors who have a financial interest in a portfolio of over 1,400 villas properties throughout the UK and Europe. There is a vacancy at its Head Office in Newmarket, Suffolk.
**Administrator in the Policy Administration Department**:
The Policy Administration Department deals with the ‘_ownership aspects_’ of the Holiday Property Bond. This involves helping Bondholders increase their investment, surrender their investment and change the ownership structure along with dealing with a host of other ownership matters. We are looking for a highly skilled administrator to join the Department.
This is a work from office position with working hours being Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm. The annual holiday entitlement is 20 days plus Bank Holidays with other benefits including bereavement leave/sick pay, company pension and free flu jabs.
