**Operations Coordinator (Slot and Capacity)**

**Salary**: £30,000

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days working from home

Based: Luton

Our client is a leading employer in the local area. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Slot & Capacity Coordinator to work for a growing company within the travel industry.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Operations Coordinator**
- Lead Capacity Declaration, which involves working with internal and external stakeholders throughout each seasons declaration.
- Organise and attend Coordination Committee, maintaining relationships with members.
- Support input into the Airport Coordination Committee, liaising with Airport Coordination
- Produce detailed ad-hoc analysis on scheduling delays and night time allocation usage.
- Collate, produce and where necessary design routine reports and be accountable for their accuracy, analysis, executive summary, commentary, and timely delivery.
- Support the monitoring of the airports Noise and track system, with particular focus on scheduling delays from daytime into night time period.
- Support the delivery of the targets from the Noise Action Plan and noise planning conditions.

**Knowledge / Skills / Experience: Operations Coordinator**
- Airport slot guidelines and capacity declarations.
- Excellent communication and written skills (attention to detail is vital) with all stakeholders including those with little knowledge of aviation.
- Slot allocation process, either from an airport, airline, or ACL perspective.
- Previous airspace / airfield experience is desirable but not essential.
- Positive outlook, attitude, be capable of identifying and resolving problems.
- Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Task oriented and able to communicate well with all stakeholders including presenting technical information in a clear logical way.
- Customer focused and capable of delivering excellent service against agreed organisational objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
