**Supply Chain Coordinator**

Are you a dynamic individual ready to dive into the heart of supply chain operations? Europa is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our supply chain team. The role is ideal for an individual who’s looking to be a key player in enabling seamless coordination among our suppliers for timely order deliveries. Enjoys the challenge of coordinating multiple suppliers, able to work in a fast-paced, varied role and prides themselves on being able to build collaborative relationships.

As a key player in our Supply Chain team, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to maintain top-notch supplier relationships and optimise stock levels to meet customer demands.

In return we will offer you a competitive salary from £26,000 per annum dependant upon experience, + companywide bonus scheme, 23 days holiday which increases with service & the option to purchase more, increased pension contribution, BUPA private healthcare with the option to add family members, 3 x life assurance & EAP, free onsite parking useful for travel from Luton Airport.

**Key Responsibilities - Supply Chain Coordinator**
- Cultivating and nurturing sustainable relationships with our suppliers.
- Keeping a keen eye on stock levels and lead times to maintain efficiency.
- Handling supplier queries and managing their performance effectively.
- Generating and maintaining purchase orders to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Minimizing out-of-stock instances to keep our customers happy.
- Coordinating supplier deliveries, including managing global shipments.
- Addressing internal business queries promptly and efficiently.
- Evaluating supplier performance through various key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Importing and updating system data to keep everything up-to-date.

**Skills & Experience requirements -**While experience in supply chain is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:

- Strong analytical and numeric skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- A positive team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is preferred, and experience with MRP/ERP systems is a bonus.
- Forward-thinking mindset with a drive to improve efficiencies wherever possible.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
