As part of our events sales team you will ensure every part of the special event goes exactly to plan, from helping choose the right facilities, to helping plan the perfect menu. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients and guests receive the highest level of customer service, so Ramside Hall Hotel is their first choice for their next event or special occasion.

As the successful Events Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the meetings, events and wedding business at Ramside Hall Hotel. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and transform enquiries in to sales to achieve set targets.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast paced environment, with at least 1 year’s previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably with a wedding sales background within the hotel industry. You will need exceptional sales and negotiation skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

But most importantly you will have a passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and personally making a real difference to their experience.

The role is full time and will involve working on weekends and evening.
