**Position: Full-Time Office-Based Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
**Diary Management**: Efficiently organize and maintain the diary of our plumbers and technicians, ensuring their schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.

**Invoicing**: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on completed services, ensuring all relevant details are included.

**Customer Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding service.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, appointments, and invoices to ensure clear and accurate documentation.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the office and management team, including data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and internal team members effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and produce error-free invoices.
- **Customer-Focused**: A friendly and professional demeanor when communicating with customers, promoting a positive company image.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using office software, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and invoicing tools.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an office-based administrative or customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
- **Location**: Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Durham, England.
