The post holder will enjoy working in a busy small office environment, they will:

- play a _proactive_ role as a team member in providing full administrative co-ordination and communicative support to the organisation.
- be instrumental in file and diary management and office housekeeping.
- be key to co-ordinating the administration of Prospective Carer Assessments and Carer Reviews.
- be responsible for overseeing the administration of weekly Foster Carer pay records and provide Payroll with monthly staff payment information.
- be responsible for aspects of health and safety.
- offer PA support to the Assistant Director.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
