**What is the role?**
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Care Team. This role typically reports to the Customer Care Operations Manager/ Head of Customer Care.
The purpose of the role is to provide high-quality remedial works as part of our Aftercare service on structures, furniture’s and fittings maintaining high standards of customer experience for customers in their new homes.
**The role will include**:
- Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner
- Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures
- Maintain/repair framework, furniture’s and staircases
- Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities
- Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis
- Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators
- Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team
**What we need from you?**
- Excellent standards of workmanship in joinery
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
