Operations Customer Care Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Operations Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Northumbria House. As a key member, you'll manage dissatisfied customers through our complaints process, receiving contacts from our customer contact centre and operational teams, as well as written correspondence. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional level of service and satisfaction, responding to queries that inform and satisfy customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage customer complaints and issues via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer inquiries
* Develop strong relationships with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written. You should be passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and prioritizing customer needs. We offer comprehensive training, including an 8-week period in our contact centre, where you'll receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
