This role will be fully involved in supporting the Trust in meeting its absence targets and supporting managers in sickness review meetings and other employee relations issues, including disciplinary and performance issues.

This team 10 provides a full employee relations service and are expected to have excellent and up to date employee relations knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of level 5 CIPD qualification or be studying towards it and significant demonstrable experience of advising managers on a wide range of issues and supporting them in absence, performance review meetings and advising managers on appropriate actions following these meetings
YOUR MAIN DUTIES

This is a fast paced role and you will have your own case load and support one of the divisions within the Trust. You will be expected to attend meetings across the 15 acre site and to also visit other sites within a 20 mile radius on occasion. The role will a mix of home and work based currently with 2 to 3 days in the office or 2 to 3 days at home, with many meetings taking place on Microsoft teams.

You must be an excellent communicator with excellent written skills to assist managers with compiling outcome letters and be experienced in using excel and HR systems.
