Administrator / Office Junior

Applicants must have good computer skills and a good telephone manner would be an advantage. Duties include:
- Supporting the Finance and Administration team by assisting in day-to-day administration tasks including data entry and handling paperwork
- Taking incoming and placing outgoing telephone calls
- Scanning, photocopying and filing
- Managing documents and records
- And other associated office tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Punctual
- Positive attitude to work and colleagues
- Good communication and organization skills
- Desire to learn
- Enjoys being a team player
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
