Office Junior/administrator

Lesterose Scotland are looking for an Office Junior/Administrator to assist the Office Manager in the daily running of the office.
The role will include but is not limited to the following duties:
- Answering telephone calls.
- Collating, copying, querying, processing and filing supplier invoices.
- Monitoring and maintaining stationery stock levels.
- Booking accommodation and travel arrangement for managers and operatives.
- Liaising with senior management, project managers and operatives frequently.
IT skills are essential, as are basic numeracy and literacy. Experience with "SAGE" software is preferred, but not mandatory.
Lesterose Scotland are widely regarded as one of the UK's most respected specialist brickwork contractors and have been involved in some of the country's most prestigious construction projects since 1996.
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 and starting rate of pay is above minimum wage._
**Salary**: £7.99-£10.92 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
