**Duties to include but not limited to**:

- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, taking messages and directing the calls.
- General clerical duties including data entry.
- Ordering stationery etc.
- Photocopying, filing, and organising documents.
- Utilize computerised systems for tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing databases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Welcoming guests to the office and carrying out fire and safety briefings to guests.
- Updating excel speadsheets.
- Supporting other office staff & Directors with administrative tasks as and when needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks at least 1 year minimum
- Proficiency in using office software such as excel & word and other relevant programs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment.

**Hours - Part time - 16 hours per week with flexible working hours between 08.30 & 17.00.**
