**HR Administrator**

**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity to join a successful and well-established automotive business.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for supporting managers with all HR, Employee Relations and Learning and Development issues and activities.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include HR admin support for all managers and approx. 110 employees, and will also include
- manage Employee Relation issues
- Support with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- In depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Advise management and staff on all Company HR related policies/procedures.
- Continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.
- Coordinate staff appraisals, reviews, and probation meetings.
- Maintain absence records and supervise absence management cases when needed.
- Oversee the performance management process.
- Support as required with the disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Involvement with Learning and Development, booking training courses and logging training that has been undertaken
- Maintaining and updating the HR Information Systems, inputting and updating information on starters and leavers
- Influence positive employee relations across the business to maintain and improve business output requirements and ensure increased employee engagement

**About You**:

- Currently working as a HR professional, with a minimum of 2 years proven work experience.
- Professional qualification CIPD 5 (preferred)
- Educated to degree level (preferred)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle challenging people and situations effectively
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft office, IT Systems/software
- Ability to build rapport & relationships
- Able to prioritise workload

This is a full time opportunity working 40 hours per week, office based role.
