This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Athena School, we are looking for a School Administrator - HR and Finance.

The post requires you to undertake a wide range of general clerical, finance and HR tasks to support the school business manager. We are looking to recruit an individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and is approachable and adaptable, with specific experience/ training in either HR or finance. This post is part of the finance restructure pilot, therefore the fixed term contract, with possibility of becoming permanent post if pilot proves successful.

Fixed term contract until 31.03.2024
37 hours per week, term-time plus inset days
Actual Salary £17,798.00 - £18,787.00 per annum (pay review pending)
Starting - As soon as possible

Athena School is an SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) school which is in federation with Fortuna Primary School. The two schools work together to provide quality provision through a shared nurturing ethos for all pupils.
