**What key responsibilities you will have in the role?**
- Meet and greet all guests at the front desk
- Function as the focal point for Tenant / on-site Client queries
- Booking of meeting rooms and appropriate layout set ups
- Administration of site access for Visitors, Contractors, Clients, Tenants, and Colleagues
- Process taxi accounts and book where appropriate
- Issue of parking permits and car park administration
- Deal with all incoming calls or queries and direct appropriately
- Administration of third-party supplier activities including monitoring and tracking of task status
- Raising of purchase orders for agreed expenditure, and highlighting any issues
- Support with the co-ordination of VIP visits or building events
- Supporting other facilities administration duties such as stationery/consumables ordering, hire car bookings, logging and monitoring of reactive works and MI reporting
- Support Health & Safety administration and activity for the group
- Administration support for security and access control - ensure compliance with agreed systems, processes and audits including those for new starters and leavers and secure areas
- Conduct duties as Fire Co-ordinator
- Recording of consumption data supporting the sustainability agenda
- Other facilities administrative duties as required

**What will you bring to the role?**

**Essential**
- Organised and methodical in your approach to work
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

**Desirable**
- Experience of managing multi tenanted building from front facing reception
- Facilities experience
- Any H&S qualifications, fire warden, first aid etc
- Financial services sector experience
- Finance admin experience e.g., processing of purchase orders
