Receptionist/ Administrator
Central Bristol Office Based Role

Pay rate is £12.50ph
Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm


Are you looking for a Temporary role in the heart of Bristol. We have a great opportunity to work within in a modern office. The assignment is really varied, and you will be working within a very friendly and supportive team.

Duties will include:
  • Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and clients
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Facilities management
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and unloading the dishwasher, organising the recycling
  • Organising catering and refreshments for meetings
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Booking hotels and taxi's
  • Dealing with the post and courier services

Experience Required:
  • Previous Reception experience and customer service experience is essential
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS office, Including Excel
