**Receptionist/ Administrator**

**Central Bristol Office Based Role**

**Start 13th Feb - Commit Temporary Ongoing**

**Pay rate is £12.00ph**

**Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm**

Are you looking for a Temporary role in the heart of Bristol. We have a great opportunity to work witihin in a modern office. The assignment is really varied, and you will be working within a very friendly and supportive team.

**Duties will include**:

- Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and clients- Ordering office supplies- Facilities management- Keeping the reception area tidy and unloading the dishwasher, organising the recycling- Organising catering and refreshments for meetings- Scheduling meeting rooms- Booking hotels and taxi's- Dealing with the post and courier services**Experience Required**:
