**Main purpose of the job**
The HR Coordinators primary focus will be managing the recruitment process, playing a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent, contributing to Sycurio’s growth and success. They play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions by handling employee documentation, such as maintaining personnel files, processing paperwork related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
They will be the first point of contact for any employee queries, through managing the HR shared inbox, escalating tasks to team members where needed. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the wider HR team where needed, including projects and Employee Relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Process starters, leavers, and movers, completing all required documentation to ensure best practice and legal compliance.
- Facilitate new starter induction sessions and book joiners onto department induction sessions.
- Monitor the HR shared inbox and ensure that assigned tasks are actioned in a timely manner using judgement and awareness to escalate any Employee Relations or sensitive issues.
**Key qualifications, skills, experience**
- CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent qualifications/skills gained through experience.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo HR)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a great attitude.
- Confident and proactive in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and working as part of a team.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.
