About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Guildford. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide support and advice to managers and staff on HR-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Directors and Senior Leaders to provide HR support and administration
  • Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievances
  • Assist with recruitment administration and manage HR-related documentation
  • Collate Payroll data for monthly processing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A problem-solving approach with the ability to make sound decisions
  • The ability to operate in a developing HR function
