Your Mission

You will work alongside technical experts who are building our online services and recruitment specialists to help people find jobs. This role will provide you with excellent experience of working as part of a team, customer service, understanding digital systems and processes and the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Complete a daily report based on the data from the Right to Work checks carried out the previous day.

Ensure all issues are recorded and work with the relevant team if a long-term solution is required

Develop and maintain guidance including supporting user documentation

Assist with continuous improvement plans for products, systems and processes by using feedback and relationships developed with customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunity

Provide project support

This role is expected to develop so any other tasks as deemed relevant may be requested of you.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:
Some experience in the world of customer service would be advantageous however if you don't have experience, it's no problem, as long as you have passion and a genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction in a self-confident and professional manner.

You need to be comfortable with IT and technology as well as being able to provide support and guidance both written and verbally for those with differing levels of technical ability.

You need a good eye for detail and enjoy tackling different problems in a structured way. You will be a critical thinker and a highly motivated self-starter, working effectively as part of a team, contributing fully when needed. You should have great interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers.
