We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice to join our team based in Heathrow.

We find that apprentices bring a new perspective and a fresh way of thinking to our organisation. Our apprentices continually deliver innovative ways to meet the needs of our clients. In return they receive a fantastic introduction to the world of work, gain experience in different aspects of the logistics industry and achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

The Apprentice will be accountable to the Operations Manager for the day-to-day servicing of our nomination client base and partners. Ensuring that procedures are followed, profits are maximised, and trade is developed through relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support both Air & Ocean Departments
- Seek, develop and secure new opportunities from existing business
- Maintain and monitor service expectations of existing and key accounts
- Support external sales force
- Management of business from inception to completion
- Select appropriate airlines and carriers to maximise freight profits
- Manage your own time to best efficiency for the business
- Raise and follow up quotations to clients and agents

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
