Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Administrator Apprentice to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our Credit Control Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle all inbound customer calls and emails in a polite and empathetic manner.
  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all correspondence.
  • Assist Credit Control with their portfolio of accounts, providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in Microsoft packages, including SAP, and apply them to real-life operations.

Requirements:

  • GCSE 3/D/Level 1 in Maths and English.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable team player.
