Customer Success Executive

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide proactive support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services to existing customers
- Provide training sessions to help customers maximise the value of our offerings
- Monitor and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement or additional support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a customer role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track customer interactions and manage relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Bilingual French or extensive professional understanding and use of French language written and spoken is a plus.
