About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer Apprentice, you will be responsible for conducting reactive and preventative maintenance of all onsite plant and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation of production lines, and maintaining site facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
