**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Customer Support Officer within the Office of Human Resources

This role sits in the PiP System Support Team, who are responsible for providing our customers across Isle of Man Government with support with accessing PiP, our self-service HR and Payroll system.

Some of your day to day duties will include:

- ** Assisting** people with logging into PiP
- ** Troubleshooting** technical queries or issues
- ** Investigating** and **Referring** errors to the PiP Technical Support Officers if required
- ** Reviewing** access and managing user accounts
- ** Supporting** with the ongoing maintenance of the system (data review and upgrades)

In January we will be commencing our mandatory annual system upgrade which entails a new User Interface for Human Resources and managers across Isle of Man Government. This will provide you with the opportunity to get involved with some system testing and help support our staff.

You will be joining the PiP Systems Support Team which is a small, friendly and supportive team who are dedicated to providing a quality service to our customers.
