**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Communications Officer within the Cabinet Office

Working at the heart of the Isle of Man Government, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring we communicate clearly, accurately and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

You will be working with a small, dedicated team, where no two days are the same in a fast paced environment, using your good organisational skills and strong attention to detail to succeed in this role.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting written material such as statements, news releases and briefing notes
- Dealing with enquiries from both on and off-Island media
- Operating the Isle of Man Government’s social media channels, including content planning and scheduling
- Supporting the development and delivery of both internal and external communication campaigns
