**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Project Administration and Support Officer within the Public Estates and Housing Division, to help manage a range of capital and minor projects from design through to construction and handover.

Within this role, you will work as a key member of the Department’s Project Management Unit supporting Senior Officers with all aspects of programme delivery, enabling project managers to carry out their roles effectively in the delivery of agreed capital projects.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

- Booking appointments and arranging internal and external meetings
- Researching, maintaining and preparing reports
- Keeping and maintaining accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the senior managers and Project Team

This is an exciting support role, providing essential quality administrative services and assistance to enable the senior managers and project managers to carry out their roles effectively.
