We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our agentPay team.

This would be a great role for an accounts administrator looking to take the next step in their career. For the right person there are regular opportunities for progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- daily bank reconciliations of client accounts
- ensure that tenant deposits are paid to deposit schemes
- review and send landlord statements
- send accurate daily/weekly fee reports
- provide accurate and on-time reporting to clients

Experience and skills required
- at least one year's experience in a similar role
- strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- problem-solving skills and the ability to take an investigative approach
- ability to work independently and self-motivate
- good time management and prioritisation skills
- effective communication skills with team-mates and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,600.00 per year
