Previous experience within a financial environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Entry of receipts received through our online bank account, paying strict attention to detail.
  • Input of daily banking and taking to the bank
  • General office administration including printing, copying & filing.
  • Taking card payments & writing cheques
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager & Office Manager in various tasks when necessary
  • Be well organised
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks according to importance
  • Be professional when speaking to clients and suppliers
  • Have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hours

  • Office based
  • 9am 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary
- £21,000 Per annum plus 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
