Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry of receipts received through our online bank account, paying strict attention to detail.
- Input of daily banking and taking to the bank
- General office administration including printing, copying & filing.
- Taking card payments & writing cheques
- Assisting the Accounts Manager & Office Manager in various tasks when necessary
- Be well organised
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks according to importance
- Be professional when speaking to clients and suppliers
- Have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Office based
- 9am 5pm Monday to Friday
- £21,000 Per annum plus 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
