Key responsibilities of a Rent Administrator

The main purpose of this role is to manage rent accounts for managed properties, dealing with account queries, agreeing payment plans and updating landlords on progress chasing overdue balances.


Skills and experience required to be a successful Rent Administrator:

  • Experience as an
    Administrator /
    Customer Service or
    Finance role
  • Customer focused and comfortable in a client facing role
