We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a well established financial Institution with a global presence. The successful candidate will be based out of their Cardiff office and will be supporting the Accounts and Finance teams with a range of duties including admin, document creation, data entry and account management.

There will be full training provided on our clients systems and processes as well as opportunities for the right candidate to progress and develop their skills in Finance or Accounting. Due to the training on offer, we welcome all applications including those with no work experience, however a minimum AAT level 4 qualification is required.

Accounts Administrator Job Duties:

  • The accounts administrator will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all company accounts.
  • To create documentation to support the purchase and funding of invoices for new and existing clients.
  • Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure client facility and insurance coverage limits are not breached.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a timely manner.
  • Represent the mid-office function in daily meetings with the CEO and Finance Teams where necessary.
  • Update client overviews daily. Accurately recording the detail and timeline of each deal for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.
  • Ensure documentation is filed to convention in both the document library (GDrive) and CRM (Capsule).
  • Communicate with clients on new funding deals.
  • Carry out due diligence on new debtors and all invoices submitted for funding according to credit policy. Flagging any non-compliance.
