About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Player Liaison Officer to join our team at City Football Group. As a key member of our football department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our players and staff, ensuring a seamless transition into local life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Player Induction: Develop and implement a comprehensive player induction pack, including all necessary information and resources for new recruits.
  2. Relocation Support: Assist with relocation requirements, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, housing, and utility bills, to ensure a smooth transition for new players and staff.
  3. Player Services: Provide administrative support to the first team administrator, including distribution of match tickets, player appearance requests, and contractor control logbook management.
  4. Player Care: Maintain an up-to-date player database, track passport and visa expiry dates, and provide emergency contact support as needed.
  5. Match Day Support: Assist with management off-field commitments, player match appearances, and away management team liaison on match day.
  6. Player Liaison: Act as a point of contact for first team players, providing prompt support in the event of emergencies.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
