**This is the job**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Account Administrator where you will effectively manage all administrative aspects of a trainee’s journey upon purchasing our Driving Instructor Training courses.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Managing all administrative aspects of a trainee’s journey
- Ensuring trainee DBS & licence requests are submitted to the DVSA at the appropriate time and within the course syllabus timeframes.
- Booking all trainee in-car training sessions and supporting with online registrations for courses and online classrooms.
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback throughout their journey with us.

**What do I need?**:

- A proven track record of working to targets with an impressive success rate
- Proven track record of managing a customer’s journey from beginning to end
- Ideally worked in a fast paced, high achieving environment
- Exceptional communicator with experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to drive progression
